Payment
Payment can be made by cheque, cash or paypal.  I require a 25% deposit with your order with the remainder due on delivery if the order is local.  If the order is from outside a 25 mile radius then full payment must be made before delivery.

Wording
Wording samples are provided for the words only and not for the layouts.  Layouts may vary in accordance with the amount of information that you require to be printed.  If your own wording is to be used a full, clear copy must be provided.

Typeface / Ink Colour
If no selection of typeface or ink is specified, your order will be printed in the standard colour with the typeface offered in the album.

Reply Cards
Reply card envelopes from the albums are supplied in flat grey ink and the typeface to match the one requested for the reply card.  If you choose our own reply cards they can be printed in a colour but please check with us for details.

Orders of Service
Orders of Service are printed in flat black ink only.  Alternative typefaces are only available for the front leading page.  All additional pages are printed in the standard typeface.  If no choice is made the order of service will be printed entirely in the standard typeface.

Reprints and Repeats
Increase in quantity and alterations to copy requested after the original order has been printed will be charged as a new order.  The minimum quantity you can have on repeat order is 20 on any item.  This does not apply to our own handmade stationery where you can have any quantity.

Proofs
An initial text proof will be provided for all our stationery.  CAS cannot accept responsibility for errors following actions on an unsigned proof.  Standard delivery time will only start once final proofs have been approved.

Delivery
Delivery times vary, but it is usually between 10 – 20 working days.  Orders can be delivered to any UK mainland address.  Most times your invitations are delivered in person by a CAS employee but on occasion we do use delivery companies but you would be advised of this.  If the order cannot be delivered it may be returned to the depot and you will need to arrange for collection.
